By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or opting in to receive SMS text messages from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or opt in to our messaging programs.

All materials, health guides, articles, videos, and biocompatibility resources provided on this website are for general educational purposes only. 3. Appointment Inquiries & Scheduling

Submitting an appointment inquiry or new patient exam request through our online forms does not create a formal dentist-patient relationship until accepted, scheduled by our clinical coordinator, and confirmed in-office during your initial clinical consultation.

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (10DLC Program)

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Presidential Holistic Dentistry, you agree to the following terms governing our recurring messaging service:

4.1 Program Description

Presidential Holistic Dentistry provides SMS notifications for:

• Appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and visit reminders
• Pre-operative clinical guidance (e.g., SMART amalgam removal detox preparation)
• Post-operative holistic dental care instructions and healing check-ins
• Two-way patient support and clinical communications with our Philadelphia office staff

4.2 Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number on our website forms (including appointment booking, new patient registration, or contact inquiry forms) and opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and operational SMS text messages from Presidential Holistic Dentistry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4.3 Message Frequency

You will receive more than one message from us unless you opt out. While message frequency varies depending on your upcoming appointments and treatment schedule, patients typically receive between 2 to 4 messages per month. Presidential Holistic Dentistry reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time.

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your cellular carrier and wireless service plan, standard text messaging fees or data charges may be incurred. Presidential Holistic Dentistry does not assess fees for sending text messages, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile service provider.

4.5 Cancellation & Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Presidential Holistic Dentistry at any time. To cancel:

• Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us.
• After you send the opt-out message, you will receive one final confirmation SMS confirming that your request has been processed.
• No further SMS messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you explicitly re-enroll or opt back in.

Wireless mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular, and regional network operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.

4.8 Privacy Policy Incorporation

Your personal information and mobile phone number are handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information, phone number, or SMS consent opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property
