• HIPAA Security Safeguards: All cloud databases, secure intake systems, and patient records are hosted on infrastructure complying with the administrative, physical, and technical safeguards of the HIPAA Security Rule (45 CFR Part 164, Subpart C).
• Data Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption, and all patient records at rest are encrypted using AES-256 standard encryption.

3. Information We Collect

We collect personal, contact, and health information necessary to provide comprehensive biological dental care and communicate regarding your visits:

• Contact Information: Full name, physical address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• SMS Opt-In Data: Your explicit consent timestamp and acknowledgment to receive automated and two-way SMS communications from our office.
• Clinical & Health Records: Medical/dental intake history, biocompatibility preferences (e.g., SMART mercury amalgam removal, ozone therapy), digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and appointment notes.
• Transactional Data: Intake deposit records and appointment scheduling history.

Note: As stated above, SMS consent and mobile numbers are completely excluded from any third-party disclosures for marketing or advertising purposes.
