Dr. Ranti Aryani, DDS

Certified , IABDM  |  Fellow, AAOSH  |  Member, IAOMT  |  Member, HAD  |  VIVOS Provider

Dr. Aryani is a holistic, biological, airway-focused, and TMJ dentist with more than 20 years of clinical experience helping patients achieve lasting oral and whole-body wellness.

A graduate of New York University College of Dentistry in 2003, Dr. Aryani began a career of service and excellence by serving honorably as a Captain in the United States Air Force Dental Corps immediately after graduation. This foundation of discipline, precision, leadership, and patient-centered care continues to shape the philosophy of the practice today.

Committed to staying at the forefront of modern biological dentistry, Dr. Aryani pursues advanced continuing education in holistic, functional, and root-cause dental care. She has had the privilege of learning from some of the most respected leaders in holistic dentistry, including Dr. Judson Wall, Dr. Michelle Jorgensen, and Dr. Teresa Scott. Their mentorship and teachings have further shaped her commitment to delivering biologically sound, patient-centered care that supports total-body wellness.

Her approach goes beyond treating teeth alone, with a strong emphasis on the connection between oral health, systemic inflammation, sleep quality, airway health, jaw function, and overall vitality.

Dr. Aryani is an active member of the Holistic Dental Association, the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine, and the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology.

In support of safe, evidence-based mercury filling removal, Dr. Aryani is SMART and PROTECT certified, following the highest standards for safe amalgam removal to protect patients, team members, and the environment.

Her passion for whole-body health naturally led her to advanced training in airway-centered dentistry and TMJ therapy, helping adults uncover hidden root causes behind sleep issues, clenching, headaches, jaw pain, facial tension, and chronic dental breakdown.

Dr. Aryani has also been at the forefront of pediatric airway health since 2017—well before airway dentistry became widely recognized. Through advanced training with HealthyStart, an airway-focused orthodontic system, she has helped children improve breathing, sleep quality, jaw development, and facial growth during the most important developmental years.

Her early focus on airway-centered growth guidance supports natural arch development and often helps guide teeth into healthier alignment with minimal or no traditional braces, while addressing the root causes behind crowding, mouth breathing, poor sleep, and behavioral concerns.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Aryani is also the published author of the autobiography In God We Trust, a deeply personal reflection on her journey as a hijab-wearing woman navigating life and service both in her native Indonesia and in the United States, especially during her time serving in the U.S. Air Force. Her story reflects resilience, faith, courage, and the strength to lead authentically across cultures.

Dr. Aryani believes the mouth is a gateway to overall health and is dedicated to helping patients breathe better, sleep deeper, reduce inflammation, and enjoy dentistry that supports lifelong wellness.
